Every piece is made to order — printed, embroidered, or hand-set after you place your order. That shapes everything below.
Because each piece is produced for you, we don't offer returns or exchanges. Your piece never sat on a shelf, and it never will.
Second thoughts on a size, a colour, a phrase — get in touch within 48 hours of placing your order and we'll change it or cancel it entirely. After that, production begins and your order is final.
Measure before you order — we can't exchange sizes on a piece made for you. Signed in, you can save your measurements to your account and we'll pre-fill them next time.
Printed and embroidered pieces ship in about 2–3 weeks. Hand-set pieces take longer — each stone is placed one at a time — allow 4–6 weeks. We'll email tracking the moment your order ships.
The charge appears as BLACK AND BLUE on your card statement.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, get in touch within 14 days of delivery — include your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
